摘 要:多元化社会的发展需要多样化的人才。我国高等教育人才培养模式的演变过程表明,高等教育既要重视专门人才,更要培养复合型人才。因此,本文提出在新工科背景下,探索测控技术与仪器专业复合型通用人才的培养模式。教育方式的多元化是培养多样化人才的前提条件,实现多元化的教育方式的途径:一是多元化的教学方式,利用多媒体教学、讨论式教学、实验教学、项目教学法等,并将线上授课与线下授课,在线实验与传统实验相结合,实施多元化教学方式;二是多元化考核方式,依据闭卷或者开卷考试、实验报告、创新创业成果等对学生的成绩做出综合评价;三是引入项目教学法,锻炼学生的查阅资料、给出方案、设计计算、绘图加工、动手实验的综合能力,培养了学生自主学习的能力。教师仅作为学生学习过程中的引导者、指导者和监督者。本文通过教学方法、教学内容、教育手段以及成绩考核等多元化的探讨,旨在探索一条实现教育模式多元化的道路,培养出优秀的多样化人才。The development of diversified society needs diversified talents.The evolution of talent training mode of higher education in China shows that higher education should not only attach importance to specialized talents,but also cultivate compound talents.Therefore,under the new engineering background,it proposes to explore the training mode of versatile talents of measurement and control technology and instrument.Diversification of educational methods is a prerequisite for training diversified talents and a way to realize diversified educational methods:The first is the diversified teaching methods,using multimedia teaching,discussion teaching,experimental teaching,project teaching,etc.,and the combination of online teaching and offline teaching,online experiment and traditional experiment,the implementation of diversified teaching methods;Secondly,diversified assessment methods are used to comprehensively evaluate students'achievements based on closed-book or open-book exams,experimental reports,innovation and entrepreneurship achievements,etc.;Third,the introduction of project teaching method,exercise students'comprehensive ability of consulting data,giving plans,design and calculation,drawing and processing,hands-on experiments,and cultivate students'ability of independent learning.The teacher only serves as the guide and the supervisor in the students'learning process.It aims to explore a way to realize the diversification of education mode and cultivate excellent diversified talents by discussing the diversification of teaching methods,teaching content,educational means and performance assessment.
