摘  要:针对某车型高速路况出现制动抖动的现象,通过对故障车辆进行测试及关键零部件的检测,确定了抖动的类型。结合台架试验及整车道路试验的对比验证,通过调整摩擦片的配方,可有效降低整车制动抖动,为后续类似问题提供了经验分析指导。In order to optimize the brake judder of certain vehicle that happened on high speed road,the type of judder after it measured the sensitive dimension of key partswas determined.It is proved that the brake judder will be optimized through changing the formula of friction.The result is verified by the bench test and the road test.It also provides the experience for similar failure mode analysis.Aiming at the phenomenon of brake jitter in high-speed road conditions of a certain model,the type of jitter was determined by testing the faulty vehicle and testing the key components.Combined with the comparison verification of the bench test and the vehicle road test,the brake jitter of the vehicle can be effectively reduced by adjusting the formula of the friction plate.Provides empirical analysis guidance for follow-up similar issues.
