高校新建智慧图书馆规划设计经验探讨——以河南理工大学新建图书馆为例

摘　　要：高校图书馆为学校文化中心、信息情报中心,也是城市标志性建筑和文化底蕴所在。针对我校新建智慧图书馆在前期准备、立项、设计与施工过程中应注意的问题进行了探讨,尤其对普通高校智慧图书馆在前期准备时设计理念、规划立项时应注意事项进行了经验分享,获得了4点有益的结论。新馆在设计时宜考虑实用功能第一、以人为本、开放多元,智慧互联。前期立项时应多方参与共同管理,并借鉴国内外一流大学图书馆的布局与设计,以便设计时尽量考虑周到。建筑材料和家具材料选择时应注重节能生态环保,确保交工即可使用。设计施工阶段,各功能区设计时应考虑色彩、家具、装饰搭配协调等,以营造优雅舒适的学习环境,为师生科研创造带来灵感。The library at campus is the center of culture and information intelligence of the University,as well as the landmark building and cultural heritage of the city.This paper discusses the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of preliminary preparation,project establishment,design and construction of the new smart library in our university,especially the experience sharing of the design concept and matters that should be paid attention to in the process of preliminary preparation and project establishment of the Intelligent Library in Colleges and universities.In the design of the new library,practical function first,people-oriented,open and diverse,intelligent interconnection should be considered.We should take part in the joint management of the project and draw lessons from the layout and design of the first-class university libraries in China and abroad,so as to make the design as thoughtful as possible.When choosing building materials and furniture materials,we should pay attention to energy conservation,ecology and environmental protection,so as to ensure that they can be used after handover.In the design and construction stage,color,furniture and decoration coordination should be considered in the design of each functional area,so as to create an elegant and comfortable learning environment and bring inspiration to the scientific research creation of teachers and students.
