摘 要:通过空心玻璃微珠(HGB)的体积分数、粒径、偶联剂改性等系列实验,总结分析了空心玻璃微珠对阻尼固体浮力材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着空心玻璃微珠体积分数的增加,浮力材料的吸水率逐渐增大,而密度、压缩强度和阻尼损耗因子逐渐降低;随着空心玻璃微珠粒径的增大,浮力材料的吸水率和阻尼损耗因子逐渐增加,而密度、压缩强度逐渐减小;添加偶联剂可有效改善空心玻璃微珠与环氧树脂的界面结合性,提高浮力材料的性能。The effect of the hollow glass bubbles(HGB)on the mechanical properties of the damping solid buoyant material was summarized and analyzed through a series of experiments such as the volume fraction of the hollow glass bubbles, the particle size of the bubbles, and the modification of the coupling agent. The results showed that with the increase of the volume fraction of hollow glass bubbles, the water absorption of solid buoyant materials gradually increased and that the density, compressive strength and damping loss factor gradually decreased. With the increase of the particle size of hollow glass bubbles, the water absorption and damping loss factor of the solid buoyancy material gradually increased, while the density and compressive strength gradually decreased. The addition of coupling agent could effectively improve the interface bonding of hollow glass beads and epoxy resin, and improve the performance of solid buoyancy materials.
