摘　　要：随着信息技术的广泛应用,智慧城市建设逐渐兴起,传统的城市治理模式已无法满足城市创新发展和人民高品质生活的需求,智能时代下,全面推进城市治理智慧化成为了必然趋势。目前,城市治理面临着公众参与积极性不高,治理资源及信息流通不畅,数据技术支撑力不足等多重挑战,需多方治理主体共同努力战胜。本文在智慧城市建设的背景下,从治理理念、治理模式、管理体制和治理方式四个维度探析我国城市智慧治理的实现路径,并在此基础上提出了相应策略——通过开展智慧城市建设试点工作,健全城市治理协调机制,构建智慧型公共信息服务平台及大力培养创新型人才等方法,形成多元共治的治理新格局,共建以人为本且可持续发展的现代智慧城市。With the wide application of information technology,the construction of smart city has gradually developed.The traditional model of urban governance has failed to meet the needs of urban innovation and development and people’s high-quality life.In the intelligent era,it has become an inevitable trend to comprehensively promote the intelligent urban governance.At present,urban governance is faced with multiple challenges,such as lack of public participation,inefficient flow of governance resources and information,and insufficient support of data technology,which should be overcome by joint efforts of multiple governance subjects.Under the background of smart city construction,this paper explores the realization path of smart city governance in China from the dimensions of governance concept,governance model,management system,and governance mode.Furthermore,it is suggested to carry out the pilot smart cities,improve the coordination mechanism of urban governance,build an intelligent public information service platform and enhance the training of innovative talents.Only with those strategies can a new pattern of multiple co-governance be formed,so as to build the modern,people-oriented and sustainable smart cities.
