摘　　要：目前,现浇混凝土空心楼盖结构越来越多应用于大跨度楼盖、高层建筑楼盖之中。但关于混凝土空心楼盖结构的设计计算等诸多问题,一直存在争议。通过一个超限高层办公楼工程案例,给出现浇混凝土空心楼盖关于结构体系认定、最大适用高度及抗震等级选择、程序计算方法等问题的解决方案,以期为类似工程设计提供参考。There is a growing number of the cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor structure applied in large-span floor and high-rise building floor,but there are many disputes about the design and calculation of concrete hollow floor structure.In this paper,through a engineering case study of an out-of-codes high-rise office building,the solutions to the problems of cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor are given,such as the identification of structural system,the selection of maximum applicable height and seismic grade,programmatic calculation method,etc.,in order to provide reference for similar engineering design.
