摘  要:目的探究电化学发光免疫法和酶联免疫吸附试验法对人类免疫缺陷病毒疾病的检验结果。方法回顾性选取2018年3月至2021年1月我院疑似人类免疫缺陷病毒患者98例,均行电化学发光免疫法、酶联免疫吸附试验法诊断。以蛋白免疫印迹法诊断结果作为诊断“金标准”,统计二者诊断人类免疫缺陷病毒的诊断结果与不同临界值与吸光值人类免疫缺陷病毒阳性检测结果。结果蛋白免疫印迹法诊断人类免疫缺陷病毒真阳性64例,真阴性34例;电化学发光免疫法诊断真阳性63例,真阴性33例;酶联免疫吸附试验法诊断真阳性58例,真阴性31例。电化学发光免疫法临界值分布中,151~220阳性确诊最高,占比74.60(47/63);酶联免疫吸附试验法吸光值分布中,1.35~1.80阳性确诊最高,占比55.17%(32/58),且两种检测方式对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与酶联免疫吸附试验法相比,电化学发光免疫法具有检测时间短,且诊断人类免疫缺陷病毒准确率较高,临床筛查效果更佳的优势,可在临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the results of electrochemiluminescence immunity on human immunod-eficiency virus diseases.Methods Selected 98 patients with suspected human immunodeficiency virus in January 2021 in March 2018,all diagnosed by electrochemiluminescence immunomethod and enzyme-linked immunoad-sorption test.With the diagnosis results of protein immunoimprinting as the“gold standard”,the diagnostic results of human immunodeficiency virus and the positive test results of different critical and absorbent values of human im-munodeficiency virus were counted.Results There were 64 cases of human immunodeficiency virus,34;63 posi-tive and 33;58 by enzyme-linked immunoadsorption and 31.In the threshold distribution of electrochemilumines-cence,151~220 positive was the highest,accounting for 74.60(47/63)and the highest of 1.35~1.80,55.15%(32/58)and the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with enzyme linked immunosorp-tion test,electrochemiluminescence immunoimmune method has the advantages of short detection time and better diagnosis of human immunodeficiency virus,which can be applied in clinical practice.
