黄山世界地质公园毗邻社区居民感知与生活心态研究

摘　　要：旅游地居民感知和生活心态影响当地旅游发展质量,也关系到居民美好生活需要能否满足.以黄山世界地质公园毗邻社区为案例点,探讨了旅游影响下的居民感知与生活心态.通过数理统计方法分析问卷数据结果显示:社区居民各项感知总体偏积极,但居民的收支感知处于不平衡状态,且贫富差距感知较强;乡邻情感与业余乐趣感知偏消极;社区环境卫生感知得分偏低.2009-2019年,居民日常生活心态趋向更好,满意度提高10%以上,但对黄山旅游发展支持度下降了20%.基于分析结果,对黄山旅游管理者提出以下建议:1)开展旅游业经营培训;2)按期举办居民与游客互动的集体活动;3)丰富社区旅游徽文化元素;4)加强地质公园科普教育.研究将为推进地质公园周边社区带动作用、优化黄山旅游可持续发展和满足旅游地居民美好生活需要提供决策依据.The perception and life mentality of residents in tourism destinations affect the quality of local tourism development,and also affect the satisfaction of residents'needs for better life.This paper discusses the residents'perception and life mentality under the influence of tourism in the adjacent community of Huangshan Global Geopark based on questionnaire data.The results show that the community residents'perception of various items is generally positive,whereas the residents'perception of income and expenditure is unbalanced,and the perception of wealth gap is strong.The perception on neighborhood emotion and amateur pleasure is negative and the score of community environmental health perception is low.Residents'daily life mentality tends to be better than ten years ago,and their satisfaction increases by more than 10%;however,their support for tourism development of Huangshan decreases by 20%.Based on the analysis results,suggestions to Huangshan tourism managers are put forward:1)carrying out tourism management training;2)organizing collective activities for residents to interact with tourists on schedule;3)enriching the cultural elements of community tourism emblem;4)strengthening science popularization education of geopark.This study will provide decision support for promoting the geopark to play a leading role in the community,optimizing the sustainable development of Huangshan tourism,and satisfying the good life needs of local residents.
