摘  要:目的比较4种不同诱蛉灯的捕蛉效果,筛选适宜的媒介白蛉监测工具。方法2020年6月至7月,选择山西省武乡县1处禽畜圈,采用二氧化碳诱蛉灯、蚊太太白光诱蛉灯、蚊太太紫光诱蛉灯和迈斯翠诱蛉灯4种诱蛉灯,比较同一时间、同一生态环境中不同诱蛉灯的捕蛉效果。使用SPSS 17.0软件对捕获白蛉数量及存活率分别进行单因素方差分析和Kruskal-Wallis检验。结果共捕获白蛉2475只,存活白蛉1368只。抽检5%标本显微镜下鉴定,均为中华白蛉;4种诱蛉灯捕获白蛉数量为394~892只,白蛉存活率为28.77%(187/650)~85.34%(460/539);4种诱蛉灯捕获白蛉数量差异无统计学意义(P=0.128),迈斯翠诱蛉灯与二氧化碳诱蛉灯捕获白蛉存活率差异无统计学意义(P=1.000),而迈尔斯诱蛉灯与其他2种诱蛉灯捕获白蛉存活率差异有统计学意义(P=0.001,P=0.008)。结论迈斯翠诱蛉灯是适合内脏利什曼病媒介白蛉监测的工具。Objective To compare the performance of four different light-traps and select suitable sampling light-trap for sandflies surveillance.Methods From June to July in 2020,four traps with different means of attraction,namely carbon dioxide light-trap,Maxttrac incandescent light-trap(MM200BL),Maxttrac ultraviolet light-trap(MM200)and Maxttrac olfactory and ultraviolet light-trap(UNO Plus),were simultaneously tested to compare the effectiveness in trapping sandflies in a livestock pens in Wuxiang County,a visceral leishmaniasis(VL)endemic focus,in Shanxi Province.The amount of sandflies captured and their survival rate were tested with one-way analysis of variance and non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis test respectively using SPSS 17.0 software.Results A total of 2475 sandflies were captured with 1368 sandflies survived.All the specimens sampled randomly with a proportion of 5%were identified as Phlebotomus chinensis according to morphology under microscopy.The amount of sandflies captured by four different light-traps and their survival rates ranged from 394 to 892 and from 28.77%(187/650)to 85.34%(460/539)respectively;No statistically significant difference was observed in the amount of sandflies captured by four kinds of lighttraps(P=0.128).For the survival rate of sandflies captured,no statistically significant difference was observed between carbon dioxide light-trap and Maxttrac olfactory and ultraviolet light-trap(P=1.000).However,significant differences were found between Maxttrac olfactory and ultraviolet light-trap and the other two kinds of light-traps(P=0.001,P=0.008).Conclusion Maxttrac olfactory and ultraviolet light-trap is a suitable device for VL vectors surveillance in China.
