摘 要:目的探究术后切口不同包扎方式对人工全髋关节置换术(THA)患者失血情况、术后肢体肿胀疼痛及凝血指标的影响。方法选取我科2018年9月至2020年9月期间107例THA术患者作为研究对象,根据术后切口不同钆扎方式分为对照组和观察组,对照组53例,术后切口给予常规包扎止血,观察组54例,术后切口采用弹力绷带加压包扎止血,对比2组患者术后失血量,术后患肢肿胀、疼痛情况,凝血指标。结果观察组患者干预后失血量各项指标及术后输血人数均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后双下肢周径及运动后下肢疼痛程度均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后各项凝血指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术后加压包扎止血可以降低术后出血量,减少输血人数,降低术后下肢肿胀、疼痛程度,改善术后凝血水平。Objective To explore the effects of different postoperative incision dressing methods on blood loss,postoperative limb swelling and pain,and coagulation indicators of patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods Between September 2018 and September 2020,our department selected 107 patients undergoing THA surgery as the subjects for our research.According to the different methods of dressing the incisions after opeeation,we divided them into two groups:the control group,consisting of 53 cases where the postoperative incision was treated with a conventional hemostasis bandage,and the observation group,consisting of 54 cases where the postoperative incision was treated using an elastic compression hemostasis bandage.We then compared the two groups for postoperative blood loss,postoperative limb swelling and pain,and coagulation indicators.Results The indexes of blood loss after intervention and the number of postoperative blood transfusions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,lower limb circumference and diameter and the degree of lower limb pain in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Finally,all coagulation indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative compression bandaging for hemostasis can reduce postoperative blood loss,reduce the number of blood transfusions,lower limb swelling and pain,and improve postoperative coagulation levels.
