摘 要:目的探讨护理层级管理信息系统的改进方法及应用效果。方法成立系统改进小组,将原有系统改进为包含层级申报模块、层级管理和考核模块、护士长-科护士长-护理部主任三级管理的护理层级管理信息系统,将系统中的表单结构化,将该系统与医院护理管理系统连接,然后在全院推广使用,评价系统改进前后护理人员层级评定人均耗时及对信息系统的满意度。结果改进层级管理信息系统后,护士层级评定人均耗时从(475.38±39.62)s下降至(303.69±32.87)s,管理者层级评定人均耗时从(578.58±55.52)s下降至(399.00±41.63)s,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护士及护理管理者对信息系统的满意度评分均有所提高(P<0.05)。结论通过改进护理层级管理信息系统有效提升了护理人员层级管理效率,提高了护理人员对其满意度。Objective To explore the improvement method of the information system of nursing hierarchy management and to examine its application effects.Methods A group was established for the improvement of nursing hierarchy management information system.The system contains hierarachy declaration module,management-assessment module,and three-level management of nurse manager-department nurse manager-nursing department director.Sheets in the system was structured,which is connected with the hospital nursing management system and used in the whole hospital.The average time of nursing hierarchy management,the satisfaction of nurses and managers on the information system were compared before and after the implementation of the improved information system.Results The average hierarchy managing time of nurses decreased from(475.38±39.62)s to(303.69±32.87)s after implementing the improved nursing hierarchical management information system.The average hierarchy managing time of managers decreased from(578.58±55.52)s to(399.00±41.63)s.The satisfaction of nurses and managers on the improved information system both increased(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of the nursing hierarchy management information system can improve the efficiency of nursing staff hierarchy management effectively,and increase the satisfaction of nursing staff.
