摘 要:为了将建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)及时引入到建筑设计中,从BIM技术的特点出发,分析了BIM技术进行建筑设计的可行性,并对比分析了传统CAD辅助设计和采用BIM技术进行设计的效果。结果表明,建筑工程中应用BIM技术可以实现三维可视化、信息数据库互联互通和多方面协同设计的效果;BIM技术可以将建筑建模软件和BIM可持续分析软件有机结合,实现BIM建模平台、建筑模型信息传递媒介和建筑模拟分析平台中的各个软件之间的信息传递;BIM建模在模型建立方式、协同设计、分析效率和精度上相对CAD建模都有明显优势,更适宜在建筑设计中应用。In order to introduce BIM into architectural design in time,starting from the characteristics of BIM technology,this paper analyzes the feasibility of architectural design with BIM technology,and compares and analyzes the effect of traditional CAD design and design with BIM technology.The results show that the application of BIM technology in architectural engineering can achieve the effect of three-dimensional visualization,interconnection of database and multi-faceted collaborative design;BIM technology can organically combine architectural modeling software and BIM sustainable analysis software to realize the information transmission among BIM modeling platform,architectural modeling information transmission media and various softwares in architectural simulation analysis platform;BIM modeling has obvious advantages over CAD modeling in modeling mode,collaborative design,analysis efficiency and accuracy,and is more suitable for architectural design.
