摘 要:汽车车身维修流程直接影响到车辆的准时交付率,对维修流程优化在提升车辆维修企业市场竞争中发挥着至关重要的作用。在新能源汽车车身维修流程理论模型的基础上,借助EXTENDSIM软件进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,新能源汽车车身修复设备制约了整个系统,车身修复设备由2台增加到6台,车辆准时交付率由70%增加到了90%以上,同时通过对增加到4台和增加到6台车身修复设备进行仿真对比。结果表明,增加到4台车辆准时交付率依旧不足90%.另外,三种排序准则下,最短作业时间优先排序是最佳的排序准则。Automobile body maintenance process directly affects the on-time delivery rate of vehicles.The optimization of maintenance process plays a vital role in improving the market competition of vehicle maintenance enterprises.Based on the theoretical model of new energy vehicle body maintenance process,the simulation analysis is carried out with the help of EXTENDSIM software.The simulation results show that the new energy vehicle body repair equipment restricts the whole system;the body repair equipment is increased from 2 to 6;the vehicle on-time delivery rate is increased from 70%to more than 90%.At the same time,the simulation comparison is made between 4 and 6 body repair equipment.The results show that the on-time delivery rate of 4 vehicles is still less than 90%.In addition,under the three sorting criteria,the priority of the shortest operation time is the best sorting criterion.
