摘　　要：糖尿病创面是糖尿病患者最常见的严重并发症之一,也是糖尿病患者致残和致死的重要因素,临床上主要通过控制感染、伤口清创、外科手术等方式进行治疗,然而其疗效不尽如人意。因此需要探索新的途径,找到潜在的治疗策略,以达到更好的糖尿病创面治疗效果。目前已有的研究结果表明,防御素能够在抗菌、免疫调节、促进血管生成、促进组织再生和改善胰岛素抵抗等方面发挥重要作用。本综述总结了防御素在糖尿病创面中的现有研究进展,以期为糖尿病创面新的治疗方案提供前期研究基础。Diabetic wound(DW)is considered as one of the serious complications associated with diabetes mellitus.Though some approaches are widely accepted for its management include treatment of infection caused by various pathogens,wound debridement,surgery and other methods,none of them has been reported to be very effective.Satisfactory management of DW thus requires exploring new avenues for finding a potential therapeutic strategy.Recently defensins showed help in antimicrobial properties,immunomodulation,angiogenesis and tissue regeneration as well as combating insulin resistance.In this review,the research progress of defensins in DW is discussed to provide a preliminary research basis for the healing of DW.
