摘  要:介绍了静电的产生和危害,阐述了防静电面料开发的机制与必要性,从导电纤维的种类、应用及防静电织物的3种开发方式方面对防静电织物的研究进展进行了总结。其中在满足面料弯曲、拉伸和透气吸水特性的状态下,为赋予织物持久的防静电性能,采用导电纤维混纺或交织的方式相比于防静电涂层整理的方式更为有效。此外归纳了国内外关于防静电面料及服装的最新检测标准,对防静电面料性能优化与产品开发有一定指导性意义。The generation and harm of static electricity are introduced, the mechanism and necessity of the development of anti-static fabric are described, and the research progress of anti-static fabric is summarized from the types and applications of conductive fiber and three development ways of anti-static fabrics.Under the condition of satisfying the bending, stretching, breathable and absorbent properties of the fabric,it is more effective to use the conductive fiber blending or interweaving in the fabric than the anti-static coating finishing method in order to give the fabric durable anti-static properties. In addition, the latest testing standards of anti-static fabrics and clothing at home and abroad are summarized, which has certain guiding significance for the performance optimization of anti-static fabrics and product development.
