摘　　要：假体周围感染是关节置换术后严重且难治的并发症, 针对不同感染特点的患者选择合适的治疗方式是提高成功率的关键。一期翻修因其在治疗周期、功能恢复、并发症、费用方面的优势在临床工作中得到越来越多的应用与研究。把握适应证与禁忌证、综合分析挑选适宜的患者、做好术中细节处理与术后抗感染治疗, 每一个环节对于降低感染复发率都至关重要。本文旨在对一期翻修术应用要点进行阐述, 并对经典及近年来的相关研究进行总结。Periprosthetic infection is a catastrophic complication after joint replacement.Choosing appropriate treatment for patients with different infection characteristics is the key to improve the success rate.The one-stage revision has been applied and studied more and more in clinical work because of its advantages in treatment cycle,functional recovery,complications and cost.Grasping the indications and contraindications,comprehensive analysis and selection of appropriate patients,considering intraoperative details and postoperative anti-infection treatment meticulously,are crucial to reduce the recurrence rate of infection.The purpose of this paper is to describe the main points of the one-stage revision in the treatment of periprosthetic infection,and to summarize the classic and recent research on the one-stage revision.
