摘　　要：超声波白水处理系统投入运行后,制浆造纸企业白水封闭式循环使用。细小纤维及填料回用到纸机冲浆系统和干、湿损纸碎浆系统,澄清白水回用到纸机真空系统做真空泵密封水和再通过微过滤器回用到纸机上洗网和毛毯,降低了清水用量和污水处理费用,节省了浆料、填料消耗,降低了生产成本。The ultrasonic white water treatment system achieves the closed recycling of white water in pulp and paper enterprises.Fine fibers and fillers are recycled to pulp system and dry wet pulp system, clarified white water is recycled to paper machine vacuum system to make vacuum pump sealing water and then through ultra micro filter to reduce water consumption and sewage treatment cost, save pulp and fillers, and reduce production cost. It is a project with double benefits and is worthy of promotion.
