摘　　要：以云南特早熟柑橘‘大浦早生’为试材,研究结果枝上"源"叶片数(1、3、5片叶)对果实品质的影响,从源库关系分析其糖分变化的生理基础,为提高云南特早熟柑橘果实品质提供理论依据。结果表明,结果枝着生叶片数多的果实含糖量高,单果重和苹果酸含量增加。结果枝着生叶片数影响叶片光合产物合成和蔗糖代谢酶活性,在果实糖分快速积累的中后期,随着结果枝着生叶片数增多叶片光合产物增加,更多糖分向果实运输,促进果实膨大和糖分积累;同时果实汁胞中的蔗糖中性转化酶(NI)活性下降,蔗糖合成酶(SS)和蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性增强,促进果实中糖分转化向蔗糖合成方向进行,使结果枝着生叶片数多的果实积累更多的糖分。Using early maturing citrus’Oura’as test material,the effect of the number of“source”leaves(1,3,5 leaves)on fruiting branches on the fruit quality were studied.The physiological basis of sugar change was analyzed from source-sink relationship to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of Yunnan early maturing citrus fruit.The results showed that more leaves on fruiting branches,the higher the sugar content,single fruit weight and malic acid content are increased.The number of leaves on the fruiting branches affected photosynthetic product synthesis and the activity of sucrose metabolism.During the middle and late stages of the rapid accumulation of fruit,with the increase of the number of leaves on the fruiting branches,the photosynthetic products increased,more sugar was transported to the fruit to promote fruit expansion and sugar accumulation;while the NI activity in the fruit juice decreased,and the SS and SPS activity enhanced which promoted the transformation of sugar in fruit to sucrose synthesis,and the fruit with more leaves on fruiting branches accumulated more sugar.
