摘  要:As a new carbon allotrope,graphdiyne(GDY)has shown intensive practical application prospects in the energy field,catalysis,gas separation,etc.,due to its unique 2Dπ-conjugated structure,rich sp-hybridized carbon atoms and semiconductor characteristics.Considerable efforts have been made to the development of well-defined GDY materials in recent years.The doping heteroatoms can further tune the structures,semiconductor properties of GDY,and expand the promising applications.This review summarized a comprehensive development of heteroatom doped GDYs,including their synthesis,structures,properties,applications in nanotechnology,as well as the forecast in the future.
