摘 要:目的研究月腺大戟(Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata)根的化学成分。方法运用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及制备HPLC等多种方法对月腺大戟根的体积分数95%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,利用HR-ESI-MS、NMR等波谱技术对分离得到的化合物结构进行鉴定。结果从月腺大戟中共分离得到12个化合物,包括5个苯丙素(1~5)、4个萜类(6~9)、1个蒽醌(10)、1个生物碱(11)和1个酚酸(12),结构分别鉴定为glycycoumarin(1)、莨菪亭(2)、(+)-eudesmin(3)、(+)-magnolin(4)、松脂素(5)、euphorbic acid(6)、oleuropeic acid(7)、黑麦草内酯(8)、baccatin(9)、2-羟基-3-甲基蒽醌(10)、skimmianine(11)和对羟基苯甲醛(12)。结论化合物1,3~4,7和10~11首次从大戟属植物中分离得到,化合物1,3~5,7~8和10~12首次从月腺大戟中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the root of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata.METHODS The 95%ethanol extract of Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata root was separated and purified repeatedly by silica gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative HPLC,and the structures of the compounds were mainly identified by HR-ESI-MS and NMR spectral techniques.RESULTS Twelve compounds were isolated from this plant,including five phenylpropanoids(1-5),four terpenoids(6-9),one anthraquinone(10),one alkaloid(11)and one phenolic acid(12).Their structures were identified as glycycoumarin(1),scopoletin(2),(+)-eudesmin(3),(+)-magnolin(4),pinoresinol(5),euphorbic acid(6),oleuropeic acid(7),loliolide(8),baccatin(9),2-hydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone(10),skimmianine(11)and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde(12).CONCLUSION Compounds 1,3-4,7 and 10-11 were isolated from the genus Euphorbia Linn,for the first time.Compounds 1,3-5,7-8 and 10-12 were isolated from Euphorbia ebracteolata Hayata for the first time.
