摘 要:指标体系上承战略规划发展目标,下接具体政策措施,在交通规划体系中处于核心地位。在城镇化建设进入以都市圈为主导的发展阶段,亟需进一步探索服务区域深度融合、满足超大城市发展需求的综合交通指标体系。本研究以系统性、客观性、可计算、可考核为基本准则,以落实国家重大战略、指导交通发展方向为核心原则,通过层次分析法构建了涵盖全球及区域联通程度、交通健康绿色发展水平、经济社会发展效益、交通智慧化发展水平的超大城市中长期交通指标体系,并通过深圳案例予以验证。该指标体可系统梳理超大城市综合交通发展的优势与不足,并提出改善建议。The indicators are the core of transportation planning due to the fact that it inherits the development goals of strategic planning and follows specific policy measures.In metropolitan area stage,it is urgent to explore the comprehensive transportation indicators that serve the deep integration of service areas and meet the needs of megacities.This study takes systematic objectivity,calculability,and assessment as the basic criteria,and takes the implementation of major national strategies and guiding the direction of transportation development as the core principles.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the long-term transport indicators of megacities include the global and regional connectivity,healthy and green development of transportation,the economic and social benefits,and the development of intelligent transportation.And the indicators are verified by the Shenzhen case.The proposed indicators can sort out the advantages and disadvantages of the comprehensive transportation and make suggestions.
