摘 要:现代飞机航空电路图技术含量高、复杂交错的特点,特别是由于分页式电路图增多,使得电路识读难度增加。根据航空机务维修的现实需要,提出了一种基于模块化分析的航空电路识读方法。阐述熔断器、断路器、接触器和继电器等电路元件的原理,提出了航空电路识读方法,并应用此方法识读某型飞机交流供电系统,最后提出了基于模块化分析的分页式电路图识读方法。给出的方法对一线维修人员熟练掌握电路图、使用电路图进行维修和排除故障,具有一定的指导意义。Aiming at the high technical content and complex interlacing characteristics of modern aircraft aviation circuits, especially due to the increase of paging circuit diagrams, the difficulty of circuit reading increases.According to the actual needs of aviation maintenance, an aviation circuit reading method based on modular analysis is proposed.The principles of circuit elements such as fuses, circuit breakers, contactors and relays are explained.The analysis and reading method of aviation circuit diagrams is proposed, and the method is applied to the reading of the AC power supply system of a certain type of aircraft.Finally, a paging circuit diagram reading method based on modular analysis is proposed.The method proposed in the paper has certain guiding significance for the front-line maintenance personnel to master the circuit diagrams and use circuit diagrams for maintenance and troubleshooting.
