摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕"为什么建设网络强国"和"怎样建设网络强国"的时代课题发表了系列重要讲话,并形成了系统的《习近平关于网络强国论述摘编》一书。本文试从我国互联网技术与产业发展的网络安全现状、全球信息化竞争的国际背景以及党中央的顶层设计与战略布局出发,深刻领会网络强国重要论述的思想内涵,并聚焦多主体参与、多手段结合的国内综合治网格局和构建新型国际网络治理体系,维护网络技术与数据安全的必要性和可行性来阐述建设网络强国的现实意义。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of speeches to elaborate on why and how to build China’s Internet power.The"Excerpts of Xi Jinping’s Remarks on Building Internet Power"is a systematic collection of his speeches.Starting from the online security of China’s Internet technology and industrial development,the international background of global information competition,and the top-level design and strategic layout of the CPC Central Committee,this article interprets the ideological connotation of Xi Jinping’s important remarks on building Internet power.It focuses on the overall Internet governance landscape in china that involves multiple participants and diverse approaches.It also elaborates on the practical significance of building a new type of international Internet governance system and safeguard the security of Internet technologies and data.
