摘　　要：司徒博是中国近代牙医学发展的奠基人,通过创办《中华全国齿科医学学报》,编著《齿科医学全书》和《家庭口腔卫生学》,成立中国齿科医学会和中国保牙会,开展口腔卫生运动并开办三所牙医学专校等工作与活动,极大地推动了中国近代牙医学的本土化进程。Situ Bo is the founder of the development of dentistry in modern China.He founded the“Journal of Chinese National Dental Medicine”,edited“Dental Encyclopedia”and“Family of Oral Hygiene”.He led the establishment of the Chinese Dental Association and Chinese Teeth Protection Association,and even advocated a campaign for oral health.What’s more,Mr.Situ established three dental schools.In short,he made a significant contribution to the localization of dentistry in modern China.
