摘 要:目的研究不同类型医疗器械处理过程中对医院消毒供应中心(CSSD)空气质量的影响,并提出防控建议。方法采用平板沉降法和仪器法,对某医院CSSD处理不同器械过程中产生的颗粒物和沉降菌浓度进行监测与评价。结果使用后医疗器械再处理过程中在CSSD去污区空气中颗粒物和沉降菌都会随之增加。在每日清洗工作结束后,空气中沉降菌数多为1~2 cfu/(皿·5 min),最高为6 cfu/(皿·5 min)。结论使用后医疗器械再处理过程会使处理区域空气中颗粒物和细菌数增加,以管腔器械和粗器械处理过程中产生的颗粒物较多。Objective To study the effect of treatment process of different types of medical devices on the air quality of central sterile supply department(CSSD),and to propose prevention and control recommendations.Methods The dish sedimentation method and instrument method were used to monitor and evaluate the concentration of particulate matter and sedimentary bacteria produced in the reprocessing of different medical devices in CSSD of a hospital.Results The particulate matter and sedimentary bacteria in the air of decontamination zone in the CSSD would increase during the reprocessing of medical devices after use.After the daily cleaning work,the number of sedimentary bacteria in the air was mostly 1 to 2 cfu/dish·5 min,and the highest was 6 cfu/dish·5 min.Conclusion The reprocessing of medical devices after use will increase the number of particulate matter and bacteria in the air of processing area,and more particulate matters will be generated during the processing of lumen devices and coarse devices.
