不同含漱液漱口在超声洁治诊室空气消毒管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析5种含漱液漱口在超声洁治诊室空气消毒管理中的应用效果。方法采用随机数字表法将牙周炎患者分为5组,在进行超声洁治前分别采用复方氯己定含漱液、双氧水含漱液、0.1%西砒氯铵含漱液、0.5%聚维酮碘含漱液、清水(对照组)漱口,比较各组患者的接受程度及其周围空气菌落数。结果0.5%聚维酮碘含漱液组空气菌落数在超声洁治开始后30 min(时段2)、超声洁治结束后10 min(时段3)时最低(P<0.05),而对照组空气菌落数在相应时段均最高。0.1%西砒氯铵含漱液组口感清新程度最优,复方氯己定含漱液组牙面着色度最高;0.5%聚维酮碘含漱液组口感清新程度最差,刺激性最高,且存在牙面着色和其他不适。结论超声洁治前对牙周炎患者采用不同含漱液漱口,均可有效降低空气中细菌含量,降低医护人员感染风险,其中0.5%聚维酮碘含漱液短时间内效果最优,但患者接受度较低。Objective To analyze the application effects of five different gargles in the management of air disinfection in ultrasonic scaling clinic.Methods The periodontitis patients were divided into 5 groups by the random number table method.Before ultrasound scaling,they were treated with compound chlorhexidine gargle,hydrogen peroxide gargle,0.1%cermetium chloride gargle,0.5%povidone iodine gargle,and water(control group),and the acceptance of patients and the number of colonies in air around them in each group were compared.Results In 0.5%povidone-iodine gargle group,the number of colonies in air was the lowest(P<0.05)at 30 min after the start of ultrasonic scaling(period 2)and 10 min after the end of ultrasonic scaling(period 3),and the number of colonies was the highest in the corresponding period in the control group.The freshness of taste in 0.1%cermetium chloride gargle group was the best,the irritation in the control group was the lowest,and the tooth staining in compound chlorhexidine gargle group was the most severe.In 0.5%povidone-iodine gargle group,the freshness of taste was the worst and the irritation was the highest,and there was staining on tooth surface and other discomforts.Conclusion The use of different gargles for periodontitis patients before ultrasonic scaling can effectively reduce the bacterial content in the air and reduce the risk of infection of medical staff.Among them,0.5%povidone-iodine gargle has the best effect in a short time,but the patients'acceptance is low.
