摘　　要：[目的]探索淋巴回流技术Pilon骨折术后局部肿胀的临床效果。[方法]将56例Pilon骨折手术治疗患者随机分为两组,其中,28例术后接受传统消肿治疗,28例接受淋巴回流技术治疗。对比两组患者患肢的肿胀程度评级、双侧踝围差、VAS疼痛评分和患者GCQ主观舒适度评分。[结果]术后7 d,回流组在肿胀程度评级、双侧踝围差、VAS评分和GCQ评分均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用淋巴回流技术可明显减轻Pilon骨折术后肿胀,缓解疼痛,有利于加速康复进程。[Objective]To explore the clinical outcomes of lymphatic drainage technique for reducing local swelling secondary to surgical treatment of Pilon fracture.[Methods]A total of 56 patients who were undergoing surgical treatment for Pilon fractures were randomly divided into two groups.Of them,28 patients received traditional anti-swelling treatment,while the other 28 patients had therapy of lymphatic drainage technique after the operation.The patients in the two groups were compared regarding to swelling extent grade of the affected limbs,bilateral ankle circumference difference,the visual analogue scale(VAS),and General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ).[Results]On the 7th day after operation,the lymphatic drainage group proved significantly superior to the traditional group in terms of the swelling grade,bilateral ankle circumference difference,VAS and GCQ scores(P<0.05).[Conclusion]The lymphatic drainage technique does considerably reduce the local swelling secondary to surgical treatment of Pilon fracture,relieve pain,and accelerate the rehabilitation process.
