窦材“禁戒寒凉,忌用转下”学术思想探析

摘　　要：窦材受《内经》和道家重视阳气思想影响,重视保扶人体阳气,倡导“禁戒寒凉,忌用转下”,形成独树一帜的扶阳思想,是温补学派的代表人物之一。窦材重视阳气,提出平人应常以艾灸为主维护一身之阳,阳气亏虚者需以灼艾、丹药、附子温护阳气,阴阳失调者顾护阳气为保全性命之首法。窦材在推崇扶阳基础上,提出禁用寒凉攻下之法,并在其著作《扁鹊心书》中专列《禁戒寒凉》和《忌用转下》2篇,阐述了滥用、过用、错用寒凉之剂及攻下法对阳气的危害。同时窦材还讲求辨证论治,并不全面否定用药寒凉及攻下之法,强调治病当以病情为要,力求证治相符。Based on the influenced of Huangdi Neijing and the Taoist thought,Dou Cai payed great attention to protecting and supporting Yang Qi of human body,and advocated the theory"abstaining from cold and cold,avoiding using cold and turning down";therefore,this developed a School of his own thought of fuyang,and he became one of the important representatives of Wenbu School.Dou Cai attached great importance to Yang Qi,it was suggested that ordinary people should maintain their whole Yang by moxibustion.Warming Yangqi by burning moxa,Dan medicine and aconite was used for patients with Yang deficiency,while protecting Yang Qi was the preferred method for patients with imbalance of Yin and Yang to save lives;On the basis of the theory of protecting and supporting,Dou Cai put forward the method of prohibiting cold and cool attack,and in his book"Bian Que Xin Shu",there were two special chapters"Abstaining from Cold and Cold"and"Avoiding Using Cold and Turning Down",this paper elaborated the abuse,overuse and misuse of cold and cool agent and the harm of attacking the method to Yang Qi.Meanwhile,Dou Cai also he also was particular about dialectical theory,and not completely deny using cold medicine and its treatment method.he stressed the importance of disease condition,and do best consistent treatment of the syndrome and treatment.
