中医平衡疗法治疗慢性失眠临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医平衡疗法治疗慢性失眠的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性失眠患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。治疗组60例予中医平衡疗法治疗,对照组60例予右佐匹克隆片治疗,2组均治疗4周后统计疗效。比较2组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分变化。随访临床控制患者停药2周复发情况。结果治疗后2组PSQI各项评分及总分均较本组治疗前降低,且治疗组均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率98.33%(59/60),对照组总有效率81.67%(49/60),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率18.52%(5/27),对照组复发率60.00%(6/10),治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医平衡疗法可有效改善慢性失眠患者的睡眠状况,疗效确切,且复发率低。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)balance therapy onchronic insomnia.Methods Totally 120 patients with chronic insomnia were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in treatment group were treated with TCM balance therapy,and 60 cases in control group with right zopiclone.The curative effects were statistically analyzed after 4 weeks of treatment,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores were compared before and after treatment between groups.A follow-up of recurrence was performed after 2 weeks withdrawal.Results After treatment,PSQI scores and total scores in groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and which was lower in treatment group than in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group[98.33%(59/60)vs 81.67%(49/60),(P<0.05),respectively].The recurrence rate in treatment group and control group were 18.52%(5/27)and 60.00%(6/10),respectively,the recurrence rate being lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with chronic insomnia,balance therapy can effectively improve the sleep status,has definite curative effect and low recurrence rate.
