不同烤烟品种秋季再生烟株培育及烟叶品质比较

摘　　要：为探索秋季再生烟的潜在应用价值和应用前景,选择Y48、云烟87、云烟119、湘烟6号、CF228、RY21这6个烤烟品种在大棚环境中开展了秋季再生烟的盆栽试验,考察了参试品种秋季再生烟不同生育期的农艺性状、不同部位烟叶的化学成分等指标,并对比了其与春季原生烟的差异。结果表明:农艺性状方面,秋季再生烟以云烟119和RY21品种表现较优,生长较为良好;化学成分方面,秋季再生烟总体以云烟119、RY21和湘烟6号表现较好,总糖烟碱比、总氮烟碱比更接近优质烟叶标准范围;与春季原生烟相比,再生烟农艺性状变化趋势与之相似,烟碱含量略有下降,总糖和还原糖含量则明显提高,总氮、钾、氯含量变化较小,总糖烟碱比明显增大,有利于提升烟叶品质,大部分品种总氮烟碱比略有增大,对品质影响小,大部分品种钾氯比略有减小,但均在适宜范围内。综合来看,在6个烤烟品种中,云烟119最适宜用于培育秋季再生烟。In order to explore the potential application value and prospect of autumn regenerated tobacco,a pot experiment of autumn regenerated plants of 6 tobacco varieties(Y 48,Yunyan 87,Yunyan119,Xiangyan 6,CF228,and RY21)was conducted in the greenhouse,focusing on their agronomic traits,chemical components,and difference between the regenerated autumn tobacco and the original spring tobacco.The results showed that among the autumn regenerated tobacco varieties,Yunyan 119 and RY21 performed well in agronomic traits with a good growth;Yunyan 119,RY21 and Xiangyan 6 were of appropriate chemical composition of which the ratio of total sugar to nicotine and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine were closer to the criteria of premium tobacco.Compared with the original spring tobacco,the regenerated autumn tobacco had a similar change trend in agronomic traits,but with a slight drop in nicotine content,and a significant rise in total sugar and reducing sugar contents;at the same time,total N,K and Cl contents changed little,the ratio of total sugar to nicotine increased obviously,which was beneficial to the quality improvement of tobacco leaves;for most varieties,the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine increased slightly,which had little influence on the quality,while the ratio of potassium to chlorine decreased slightly,but were all within the appropriate range.In general,among the 6 flue-cured tobacco varieties,Yunyan 119 is the most suitable for cultivating autumn regenerated tobacco.
