摘 要:对大棚种植的怀玉山三叶青一年生实生苗和五年生扦插苗的叶片形态和光合特性参数进行比较分析,结果表明:五年生扦插苗叶长和叶宽显著高于一年生实生苗,但二者的叶形指数差异不显著;五年生扦插苗叶片的叶绿素相对含量稍高于一年生实生苗,但无显著性差异;五年生扦插苗的初始荧光(Fo)、最大荧光值(Fm)以及最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)稍高于一年生实根苗,但均无显著性差异;一年生实生苗的净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO_(2)浓度(Ci)、气孔限制值(Ls)、水分利用效率(WUE)均高于五年生扦插苗,且具有显著性差异。这表明一年生实生苗的光合作用强于五年生扦插苗,且叶绿素含量和叶形指数与生长年限无正相关关系。In this paper,the leaf morphological features,photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of oneyear-old seedlings and five-year-old cuttings of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum(Huaiyu Mountains)grown in the greenhouse were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the leaf length and leaf width of the five-year-old cuttings were significantly higher than those of the one-year-old seedlings,but there was no significant difference in leaf shape index between them.The relative content of chlorophyll in the five-year-old cuttings was slightly higher than that in the one-year-old seedlings,but there was no significant difference.The initial fluorescence(Fo),maximum fluorescence(FM)and maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/FM)of the five-year-old cuttings were slightly higher than those of the one-year-old seedlings,but there was no significant difference.The net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO_(2)(Ci),stomatal limitation(Ls)and water use efficiency(WUE)of the annual seedlings were significantly higher than those of the five-yearold cuttings,which indicated the photosynthesis of the one-year-old seedlings was stronger than that of the five-year-old cuttings,and there was no positive correlation between chlorophyll content and leaf shape index,and growth years.
