穿心莲对普定高脚雏鸡生长及胃肠道发育的影响

摘　　要：为解决普定高脚鸡育雏阶段胃肠道疾病频发影响生长发育的问题,以穿心莲粉剂为供试药剂,研究不同用量(0.5%、1.0%和1.5%)的穿心莲对普定高脚鸡雏鸡生长和胃肠道发育的影响。结果表明:饲料中添加不同量的穿心莲粉剂,能显著提高普定高脚雏鸡的胫骨长和体重,显著降低雏鸡腹泻发生概率和料肉比,但对普定高脚雏鸡的喙长、腿长、翅长的影响不显著。在实际生产中,建议在饲料中添加0.5%的穿心莲粉剂,用以预防普定高脚鸡育雏阶段胃肠道疾病的发生,促进雏鸡健康成长。In order to solve the problems of gastrointestinal diseases and growth of Puding long-leg chicken during the rearing stage,the effects of different Andrographis paniculata contents(0.5%,1.0%and 1.5%)on the growth,development and gastrointestinal health of Puding long-leg chicken were studied.Results showed that adding Andrographis paniculata powder into the feed significantly increased the tibia length and body weight of Puding long-leg chicken,and significantly reduced the occurrence of diarrhea and the ratio of feed to meat in chickens.However,it had no significant effects on beak length,leg length,and wing length of Puding long-leg chicken.In the actual production,it was suggested adding 0.5%Andrographis paniculata powder into the feed to prevent gastrointestinal diseases and promote the healthy growth of chickens during the rearing stage.
