基于Logit模型的农户冬小麦沟灌技术需求意愿影响因素分析

摘　　要：冬小麦沟灌新节水技术既节约灌溉水又能提高冬小麦水分利用效率,但是该技术未得到大面积推广应用。为了解该技术推广应用难的原因,在新乡地区通过问卷调查获取原始信息,采用Logit模型对农户种植冬小麦采用沟灌技术的意愿进行分析。结果表明:农户的受教育情况、沟灌相关配套设备的购买能力、土地租赁或承包以及政府对沟灌技术的补贴等因素与采用沟灌技术的概率极显著正相关;耕种面积的多少、土地所在区域的政策引导、沟灌技术的培训情况、政府对沟灌模式的推广力度则呈显著正相关。根据调查研究结果,建议当地政府积极宣传沟灌技术、组织农民加强培训,加大对沟灌技术补贴力度,以增强农民采用新技术的意愿,促进冬小麦沟灌新节水技术推广应用。The new water-saving furrow irrigation technology of winter wheat can save irrigation water and improve the water use efficiency of winter wheat,but the technology has not been widely applied.In order to understand the reasons why it is difficult to popularize,the original information was obtained through questionnaire survey in Xinxiang area,and the Logit model was used to analyze the willingness of farmers to apply furrow irrigation technology in winter wheat production.The results show that the factors of farmers’educational level and purchasing power for related equipment of furrow irrigation,lan.d lease or land contract,and government grants are extremely significantly positively correlated with the probability of farmers’adopting furrow irrigation technology.The cultivated land area,policy guidance in the region where cultivated land is located,the training status of furrow irrigation technology,and the government’s promotion of furrow irrigation technology are significantly positively correlated with the probability of adopting furrow irrigation technology.According to the survey results,it is suggested that the local government should actively popularize furrow irrigation technology,strengthen farmers'training and increase government grants to enhance farmers'willingness to adopt new technology,thus promoting the application of the new water-saving furrow irrigation technology of winter wheat.
