摘　　要：在大数据时代背景之下,图书馆既面临着巨大发展契机,又承受着艰巨挑战。传统的图书管理模式已无法适应当代社会需求,甚至还会阻碍图书行业的进步,已被慢慢地淘汰了。所以,图书馆要紧跟时代步伐,把握大数据时代创造的机会,打造一批优秀的、高技术能力的管理队伍,调整服务理念,优化服务形式,将大数据与图书管理服务二者进行充分融合,在已有的前提下,设计并提供越来越多样化、个性化的服务,让广大用户群体得以享受到更满意的阅读体验,为中国图书事业发展、各科研工作实施提供强有力的促进作用。In the era of big data, libraries are facing both great development opportunities and arduous challenges.The traditional library management model cannot adapt to the needs of contemporary society, and will even hinder the progress of the book industry, has been gradually eliminated. Therefore, the library should keep up with the pace of the times, grasp the opportunities created in the era of big data, build a group of excellent and high-tech management teams, adjust the service concept, optimize the service form, fully integrate big data and book management services. In the existing premise, design and provide more and more diversified and personalized services, so that the majority of user groups can enjoy a more satisfactory reading experience, and provide a strong promotion for the development of China’s book industry and the implementation of various scientific research work.
