摘　　要：随着社会的发展,经济水平的日益提升,人们在追求物质需求的同时更加重视精神文明方面的要求,所以人们选择进入图书室,以熏陶人文情操,提高文化素质。为适应信息时代的发展步伐,现代图书馆如何管理工作,以及怎样在管理工作中表现出管理的艺术已成为图书馆管理中的重大研究课题。该文简要介绍了软管理机制对图书馆发展的重要意义,并提供了图书馆软管理的新方式,希望文中的措施能促进图书馆获得更好发展。With the development of society and the increasing economic level, people pay more attention to the requirements of spiritual civilization while pursuing material needs, so people choose to go to the library to inculcate humanistic sentiment and improve cultural quality. In order to meet the pace of development of the information age, how to manage the work of modern libraries and how to show the art of management in the management has become a major research topic in library management. The article briefly introduces the importance of software management mechanism for library development and provides a new way of soft management in libraries, hoping that the measures in the article will promote libraries to get better development.
