戊唑醇对向日葵菌核病菌和佛手瓜绵腐病菌室内抑菌情况的研究  被引量:2

摘  要:本文以戊唑醇为试剂,设置浓度为0.01μg/ml、0.1μg/ml、1μg/ml、10μg/ml、100μg/ml,采用菌丝生长速率法,分别将供试向日葵菌核病菌和佛手瓜绵腐病菌单孢菌株在含药平板上进行敏感性测定。结果表明:佛手瓜绵腐病菌对戊唑醇的EC50为0.2105μg/ml,小于参考值0.46μg/ml,对戊唑醇比较敏感;向日葵菌核病菌的EC50为2.704μg/ml,大于参考值0.91μg/ml,介于0.91~3.644μg/ml之间,对戊唑醇表现为中抗。戊唑醇对佛手瓜绵腐病的抑菌效果要优于向日葵菌核病。且随着浓度的增大,抑菌效果也不断增强。而戊唑醇对向日葵菌核病菌抑制效果比较差。以上结果可为农业生产中合理选用药剂防治佛手瓜绵腐病和向日葵菌核病提供参考。Tebuconazole was used as reagent and the concentration was set as 0.01μg/ml、0.1μg/ml、1μg/ml、10μg/ml、100μg/ml,using mycelial growth rate method,the sensitivity of the tested single spore strains of Sunflower Sclerotinia and bergamot cotton rot were determined on the drug containing plate.The results showed that the EC50 of citronella sponge rot to tebuconazole was 0.2105μg/ml is less than the reference value of 0.46μg/ml,sensitive to tebuconazole;The EC50 of Sclerotinia solani was 2.704μg/ml is greater than the reference value of 0.91μg/ml,between 0.91~3.644μg/ml,showed moderate resistance to tebuconazole.The antibacterial effect of Tebuconazole on cotton rot of bergamot melon was better than that of Sunflower Sclerotinia.And with the increase of concentration,the antibacterial effect is also increasing.The inhibitory effect of Tebuconazole on Sunflower Sclerotinia is relatively poor.The above results can provide a reference for the rational selection of chemicals to control Bergamot cotton rot and Sunflower Sclerotinia in agricultural production.
