摘 要:当前,袋栽黑木耳工艺被机械化,但不是真正意义上的工厂化栽培技术。很多菌包厂的生产技术工艺并不科学,有些地区鼓励科研人员到一线向菌农学技术,甚至鼓励科研人员与袋栽黑木耳产业中的高技能人才争业绩、比技术,忽视了袋栽黑木耳基础科学研究工作的重要性。基于此,本文阐述了袋栽黑木耳产业的技术和育种现状,探究袋栽黑木耳产业的技术误区,并提出解决思路和办法。At present,the technology of bag planting Auricularia auricula is mechanized,but it is not a real industrialized cultivation technology.The production technology of many fungus packing plants is not scientific.In some areas,scientific researchers are encouraged to go to the front line to learn agronomic technology,and even encourage scientific researchers to compete for performance and technology with highly skilled talents in the bag planted Auricularia auricula industry,ignoring the importance of basic scientific research of bag planted Auricularia auricula.Based on this,this paper expounds the technology and breeding status of bag planting Auricularia auricula industry,explores the technical misunderstanding of bag planting Auricularia auricula industry,and puts forward solutions and methods.
