摘 要:随着电动钻机平台的智能化与智慧化快速发展,电动钻机的性能优化和节能降耗也吸引了越来越多的关注。电动钻机主要电力负载为各种类型的电动机,其功率分布范围广、驱动方式多样,但目前都是较为传统的驱动电路,效率低、安全可靠性差。本文将Z源逆变器引入电动钻机井场配电系统中,针对不同功率区间的电动机设计了不同的Z源逆变器网络。进行了理论分析,并总结了控制算法下相应系统的优缺点,为工程化实践进行了积极探索。最后,论文指出了目前Z源网络及其在电动钻机平台应用方面还存在的问题,给出了相应电路的进一步发展方向和趋势。With the rapid development of intelligent electric drilling rig platforms,the performance optimization and consumption reduction of electric drilling rigs have also received more and more attention.The main electrical loads of electric drilling rigs are various types of motors,which have a wide range of power distribution.However,the current drive circuits are relatively traditional,and have problems such as low efficiency,poor safety and reliability.The Z-source inverter was introduced into the power distribution system of electric drilling rig.The theoretical analysis was carried on and the pros and cons of the corresponding system were analyzed.Finally,the current problems of the Z-source network in the application of electric drilling rig platforms were pointed out,and the further development direction and trend of the corresponding circuit were given.
