摘 要:用C_(3)H_(8)、CH_(4)、CO、H_(2)、CO_(2)、N_(2)合成不同组分的低热值气体,并在燃烧炉中实现低热值气体的MILD燃烧。通过对比不同组分低热值气体MILD燃烧的温度和O_(2)、CO、NO_(x)浓度,研究气体组分对低热值气体MILD燃烧性质的彩响。结果表明不同组分的低热值气体均能实现MILD燃烧,且具有均匀的温度场和非常低的污染物排放。可燃组分中氢气能大大降低炉内CO和NO_(x)的生成;不可燃组分中C0_(2)热容高,能降低炉膛温度差,同时延后炉内反应区域。C_(3)H_(8)、CH_(4)、CO、H_(2)、CO_(2) and N_(2) were synthesized into low calorific value gases with different components,and MILD combustion of low calorific value gases was realized in a combustion furnace.By comparison from various combustion temperature and O_(2)、CO、NO_(x) concentration,the effects of gaseous components on combustion properties of low calorific value gas were studied.The results showed that the low calorific value gases with different components can realize MILD combustion with uniform temperature field and very low pollutant emissions.Hydrogen in combustible component is in favor of greatly reducing the fonnation of CO and NO_(x) in furnace;C0_(2) in the non combustible component is of high heat capacity,which is conducive to reduce the temperature difference in furnace and retard the reaction time in furnace.
