摘 要:[目的]了解云南省助理全科医生培训基地师资的相关政策及培训标准知晓情况,为加强云南省助理全科医生培训师资队伍建设提供参考。[方法]采用整群抽样的方法,对云南省8个助理全科医生培训基地师资进行问卷调查,运用秩和检验、Logistic回归分析师资对助理全科医生培训政策法规及培训标准的知晓情况;运用个人或小组访谈进行补充和深入剖析。[结果]仅有21人(8.82%)非常了解助理全科医生培训政策法规;仅有35人(14.71%)非常了解助理全科医生培训标准。经统计分析发现,是否参加过师资培训和是否参加过带教工作的调查对象的相关政策及培训标准知晓情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),参加过师资培训和参加过带教工作的师资相关政策及培训标准知晓度好于未参加过的师资。[结论]云南省助理全科医生培训基地师资相关政策及培训标准知晓率有待提升,需加大师资培训力度,丰富相关政策及培训标准方面的内容培训,促进云南省助理全科医生培训事业的规范发展。Objective To understand the awareness of teacher's policy in assistant general practitioner training bases so as to provide reference for strengthening teacher team construction of in assistant general practitioner training.Methods It used cluster sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the teachers of 8 assistant general practitioner training bases in Yunnan Province,and the rank sum test and logistic regression were used to analyze teachers' awareness on the policies,regulations and training standards of assistant general practitioner training.It used individual or group interviews for the supplement and in-depth analysis.Results Only 21 persons(8.82%)knew a lot about the training policies and regulations of assistant general practitioner;Only 35 persons(14.71%)knew a lot about training standards of assistant general practitioners.After statistical analysis,it was found that there was statistically significance in awareness difference of whether they had teacher's training and teaching work(P<0.05).The awareness of teacher's policies for the teachers who had teacher's training and teaching work was better than those had not.Conclusions The awareness rate of teacher's policy in assistant general practitioner training bases needs to be improved.It is necessary to increase the training for the teachers,enrich the training of policy content,and promote the standardized development of assistant general practitioner training in Yunnan Province.
