摘　　要：近年来以自噬为切入点对心力衰竭机制的研究显示,自噬与心力衰竭的发生发展高度相关,中医药可通过干预多种自噬相关基因及信号通路,对心肌自噬水平进行调控,发挥抗心力衰竭作用。文章将对自噬在心力衰竭进程中发挥的作用、调控机制及中医药的干预作用进行综述。In recent years,many researches have been carried out to explore the mechanism of heart failure with autophagy.More and more researches confirmed that autophagy is closely linked with the occurrence and progress of heart failure.Traditional Chinese medicine plays a role of resisting heart failure by intervening in a variety of autophagy-related genes and signaling pathways.The role of autophagy in the process of heart failure,regulatory mechanism and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine will be reviewed in this paper.
