摘　　要：便秘是脑卒中最常见的并发症之一,厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤出自《伤寒论》,功能健脾和中、行气除满,用治该病,疗效确切。Constipation is one of the most common complications of stroke. Houpo Shengjiang Banxia Gancao Renshen Decoction is a prescription of Treatise on Febrile Diseases written by ZHANG Zhongjing. It can not only strengthen the spleen and harmonize the middle-jiao,but also promoting the circulation of qi and alleviate the abdominal distension. And it has exact efficacy in treating post-stroke constipation.
