摘　　要：根据色织间条丝光棉面料的要求,介绍了高耐碱牢度特深色烧毛纯棉纱线的生产加工。原纱不仅要检测物理指标还要测定得色率;染料选择HE型活性染料,采用高温移染工艺;染色后加强水洗,采用碱性固色剂防止染料脱落。检测模拟面料丝光的耐碱沾色牢度,符合间条面料或者撞色领的用纱要求。According to the requirements of yarn-dyed knitted fabrics,the processing of super dark singed cotton yarn with high alkali fastness are introduced.Physical indexes and color yield of cotton yarn should be tested.HE type reactive dyes are selected and high temperature transfer dyeing process is adopted.Washing should be strengthened after dyeing,and alkaline fixing agent is used.The color fastness to alkali staining of simulated mercerized fabric,which meets the yarn requirements of inter strip fabric or color contrast collar.
