摘　　要：针对桑蚕丝织物传统精练水耗能耗高的问题,设计采用经轴染色机堆置精练,探讨了生产中的工艺因素对织物精练效果的影响。生产实践表明,桑蚕丝织物经轴染色机堆置精练工艺为精练液中氢氧化钠20 g/L、耐碱精练剂10 g/L,以40℃温度喷射10 min后,打卷室温堆置24 h,再采用保险粉在98~100℃漂白30~40 min,产品精练效果好。In view of the high water consumption and energy consumption of traditional scouring of mulberry silk fabric,the stacking scouring process using beam dyeing machine is designed.The influence of process factors on the scouring results is discussed.The stacking scouring process of mulberry silk fabric is sodium hydroxide 20 g/L,alkali-resistant scouring agent 10 g/L,spraying the scouring solution at 40℃for 10 min,batching and stacking at room temperature for 24 h,and then bleaching at 98~100℃for 30~40 min with sodium hydrosulfite.
