评价阿司匹林治疗血栓性急性脑梗死患者的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价阿司匹林治疗血栓性急性脑梗死患者的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年1月蚌埠市第三人民医院急诊内科收治的血栓性脑梗死急诊患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上同时给予阿司匹林治疗,参照健康调查简表-36(Short From Health Survey,SF-36)评估2组患者治疗前后的生命质量改善情况,同时采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评估患者治疗前后的睡眠质量。结果:治疗后,观察组SF-36各项评分明显高于对照组,PSQI评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血栓性急性脑梗死急诊患者采用阿司匹林治疗可提高患者的生命质量,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and sleep quality of aspirin in patients with thrombotic acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 90 patients with thrombotic cerebral infarction from January 2020 and January 2021 affiliated to Bengbu Third People′s Hospital Emergency were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,45 cases in each group,control group given conventional treatment,observation group given aspirin therapy on the basis of the control group,The improvement of Quality of life between 2 groups before and after treatment was evaluated according to the Short From Health Survey(SF-36),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to assess the sleep quality before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the PSQI score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aspirin treatment in emergency patients with thrombotic acute cerebral infarction can improve the quality of life and sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
