观察阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合使用治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效以及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合使用治疗脑梗死患者的临床疗效以及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予阿司匹林进行治疗,观察组患者给予阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合使用进行治疗,观察2组患者的治疗总有效率,同时采用匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为94%,对照组总有效率为80%,观察组显著高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,2组患者睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者睡眠总时长较对照组更长,入睡潜伏期及觉醒次数更少,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用阿司匹林与氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死患者,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗总有效率,提高患者睡眠质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients and the effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given aspirin for treatment,and the observation group was given aspirin combined with clopidogrel for treatment.The total effective rate of the two groups was observed,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between 2 groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94%,the total effective rate of the control group was 80%,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistical significance in sleep quality score before treatment between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total sleep duration of patients in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the latency of falling asleep and the number of awakenings were less than the control group,he difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of cerebral infarction patients can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the quality of sleep of patients.
