摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位推拿结合音乐疗法对包皮环切术患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2020年9月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的包皮环切手术患儿80例作为研究对象,按照入院住院号尾号的单双号分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规睡眠指导,观察组采用穴位推拿结合音乐疗法,干预2个月后比较2组患儿睡眠质量。结果:观察组患儿的睡眠习惯得分和睡眠质量得分明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位推拿结合音乐疗法可以有效改善包皮环切术后患儿睡眠质量和睡眠习惯,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the effect of music therapy combined with infantile massage on sleep quality of children after circumcision.Methods:To select 80 patients with hernia and divided into control group and observation group randomly,the control group accepted conventional sleeping conduction,while the observation group accepted music therapy combined with infantile massage based on the control group,after 2 months intervention,to compare the the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and Children′s Sleep Habits Questionnaire between these 2 groups.Results:After 2 months intervention,the scores of PSQI and CSHQ of observation group lower than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The music therapy combined with infantile massage can improve the sleep quality of children after circumcision,it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
