摘　　要：目的:研究护理干预对眼外伤致眼球摘除患者负性情绪以及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取厦门大学附属厦门眼科中心2019年6月至2021年6月期间收治的眼外伤致眼球摘除患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组采取综合护理,对照组采取常规护理。观察2组患者的SAS、SDS评分、PSQI评分情况。结果:观察组护理后的SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对眼外伤致眼球摘除患者采取综合护理,能够改善患者的负性情绪,提升睡眠质量,护理效果较常规护理好。Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with ocular trauma caused enucleation.Methods:A total of 90 patients with ocular trauma resulting in ocular enucleation admitted to Xiamen Eye Institute affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 45 cases each.The study group took comprehensive nursing and the control group took routine nursing.SAS,SDS and PSQI scores were observed.Results:The scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing can improve patients′negative emotions and sleep quality,and its nursing effect is better than conventional nursing.
