经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗OSAHS对患者睡眠和糖代谢水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗OSAHS对患者睡眠及糖代谢水平的影响。方法:选取2017年1月至2020年6月三明市第二医院全科医学科收治的OSAHS患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者接受常规方法进行治疗,观察组患者接受经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗,观察2组患者治疗前后呼吸指标,包括最长呼吸暂停时间、睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数、低通气指数、Epworth嗜睡量表评分、空腹血清血糖、糖化血红蛋白,观察经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗OSAHS对患者睡眠和糖代谢水平的影响。结果:2组治疗前呼吸指数、睡眠状态、糖代谢指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组呼吸指数明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的睡眠指标明显好于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的糖代谢指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者经鼻持续气道正压通气治疗效果较为显著且能够很大程度地改善患者的呼吸情况,优化患者睡眠指标及糖代谢情况,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of nasal continuous positive airway pressure on OSAHS patients′sleep and glucose metabolism level.Methods:A total of 60 patients with OSAHS treated in Sanming Second Hospital from January 2017 to June 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 30 patients each.The control group was treated with conventional method,the study group was treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)therapy.The longest time of apnea,sleep apnea hypoventilation index,low ventilation index,the Epworth sleepiness scale score,fasting serum glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin were observed in both groups before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in respiratory index,sleep state and glucose metabolism before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the respiratory index of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).And the glucose metabolism index of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CPAP therapy for OSAHS patients has a significant effect and can greatly improve the respiratory status of patients,optimize the sleep indicators and glucose metabolism of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
