摘　　要：目的:分析睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(SAS)经鼻面罩持续气道正压通气期间护理方法和影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年2月湖南中医药大学第一附属医院收治的SAS患者87例作为研究对象,按照不同的护理模式分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=44)。观察组进行综合护理,对照组进行常规护理,比较2组健康指标、睡眠质量。结果:观察组健康指标较好,睡眠质量较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在SAS通气治疗中采用综合护理模式予以护理干预,可促进SAS患者健康指标达标,改善睡眠质量。Objective:To analyze the nursing methods and effects of continuous positive airway pressure through nasal mask during sleep apnea syndrome(SAS).Methods:A total of 87 patients with SAS treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research object.They were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=44)according to different nursing modes.The observation group received comprehensive nursing and the control group received routine nursing.The health indexes and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The health indexes and sleep quality of the observation group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of SAS ventilation,the use of comprehensive nursing mode for nursing intervention can promote the health indicators of SAS patients to reach the standard and improve the quality of sleep.
